In my early youth, I listened with delight to many political figures who were capable of acting like wise old men, they'd lived through the second world war and spoke thoughtfully and passionately about acting in ways that called for a sensible and measured approach to the challenges of the day. We seem rather bereft of wise men and women today, hence the darkening of the hour.

A vote for Trump was simply a vote to jump from the frying pan into the fire.

We didn’t dodge any bullets as Col. McGregor said. Trump is saying that the killing has to stop which is to say that if Putin doesn’t stop in the Ukraine, it is all Putin’s fault.

So no stop in Ukraine war.

Putin was right, doesn’t matter who you vote for in the US, you get the deep state. And of course all the lies that go with it.

Happy Thanksgiving Aaron, perhaps we could one day have a happy Turkey day free of deep state lies and the ugly oligarchs that own and direct every ugly act here in the US.

Interesting comments by Michael Hudson on why Trump has diametrically opposed appointments because Trump is frightened that CIA and NSA would do to Trump what they did to JFK. Michael Hudson said that Trump gave a wonderful speech about winding down the security state. I must have missed that one, cause never heard a speech that didn’t sound like “I’m going to blow Iran to smithereens” coming from Trump.

At any rate, the Sabastian Gorka guy does come off as a total lunatic type character that is sort of gross theatrical stuff.

Hudson starts at 40:36 mark approximately.
